St Matthews Sports & Social Club handles personal information fairly, lawfully and only for clear club purposes. We collect the information needed to manage accounts, memberships, bookings, payments and enquiries.

This may include contact details, booking history, membership status, payment references and communication preferences. Card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by the club.
Your choices and rights
You can update communication preferences, ask for a copy or correction of your information, or request account deletion. Some records may be retained where required for financial, legal or safeguarding purposes.
