The wait is over! St Matthews Sports & Social Club opens its doors from 3pm on Friday 2nd October following a major refurbishment. Come and take a look around, enjoy a drink and help us begin an exciting new chapter.
We’re delighted to welcome you to the newly refurbished St Matthews Sports & Social Club from 3pm on Friday 2nd October!
After months of planning, hard work and renovation, we cannot wait to open our doors and share what we’ve been working on. From our transformed Sports Bar and new bars to upgraded facilities throughout the building, a huge amount has gone into giving this much-loved club a fresh start.
Whether you’re a familiar face or visiting for the first time, come along, have a look around and make yourself at home. Enjoy a drink with friends, catch the sport on Sky Sports and TNT Sports, and meet the team.
Our opening weekend hours are:
• Friday 2nd October: 3pm–11pm
• Saturday 3rd October: 12pm–11pm
• Sunday 4th October: 12pm–10pm
And there’s more to look forward to! Join us on Friday 9th October for our Grand Opening Night, with live music from The Brightsides and food served from 5pm–10pm.
Our restaurant’s Sunday lunch service begins on Sunday 11th October. Please note that the restaurant will not be open on Sunday 4th October. Online table bookings will open from Monday 5th October.
Thank you to everyone who has supported us, helped with the transformation and patiently waited for the doors to open. This is the start of a new chapter for St Matthews, and we’re looking forward to making it a place the whole community can enjoy.
